How recruitment runs
Two weeks
Recruitment opens in the first week of each semester. Dates are announced on Instagram and listed below.
Info sessions
Held in the first week. Each session covers what the programs involve and introduces the leads. Scan the QR code shown on screen, because one info session check-in is required before you can submit.
Coffee chats
Come meet us at coffee chats to see how we're like and talk to members on the team! One coffee chat check-in is also required before you can submit.
Application due
One form in the portal covers both programs. It asks for short answers, a résumé link, and your role and team preferences.
Decisions
Results arrive the following week in the portal and by email, along with your team placement if you are accepted.
